The story of nine independent women from various parts of society who committed various crimes.

Ahmet Bedevi, also known as Tarzan of Manisa, was born in 1900 in Baghdad to become a soldier, fighting in the War of Independence and honored with a medal. He returned to a ruined and destroyed Manisa in 1923. Bedevi started working at the Municipality as a fireman and a gardener. He became the pioneer and symbol of planting activities. Because of the soft climate of the area, he first wore a vest and trousers and then he started wandering about in the town in his shorts. The people of Manisa saw his resemblance to Tarzan because of his clothes, and always cherished him with love. Tarzan of Manisa lived in the mount Spilylus, ignoring all his individual needs but working for a greener environment. He died on 31st May, 1963. However, he has never been forgotten by the locals; on the contrary, he was immortalized for the things he did for Manisa and people followed his example.

Mahmut and Abidin work as comedians at a night club, Mahmut is honest yet Abidin is sly. A deaf and mute girl named Kumru is brought to work in the night club.

A neighborhood story with loves and fights.

After fainting in a school rehearsal, little Su is diagnosed with leukemia. As a result she is forced to give up the Snow White role she wanted so badly. Police Chief Cemil decides to stage the production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves at his oppressive police station. He hopes to win a TV competition in order to save his dying daughter.

A family migrates to Istanbul from the rural parts of Anatolia, and they bring their traditions with them. The men of the family are giving away the girls of the family in return for a hefty bride-price. Zelha, one of the girls, revolts against this attitude and tries to save her sisters.

The film is a love story. However, it is not a story about the love between two people, but rather a story about the love and affection that a group of people feel for life and for each other. The film depicts all kinds of love, from east to west, from schoolchildren to villagers, from young to old, in both an emotional and humorous way.

1960s Turkey countryside. A newly assigned teacher finds out that the solitary village is missing a school. He gets fond of the village people and especially a disabled man. The teacher helps the village to build a new school and educate the children and the disabled man.

A scheming tobacco farmer sets out to ruin his competition by diverting the local water to his own property.

Remzi is a kind-hearted but quarrelsome man who cannot tolerate injustice. Ayten is Recep's only daughter. Recep is a quarrelsome, tough man like Remzi. One day, Recep and Remzi come face to face and get into a fight. Through this incident, Remzi meets Ayten and falls in love with her. Ayten decides to enter a beauty pageant out of defiance toward her friend. Remzi soon discovers that the organizers of the pageant are fraudsters. However, convincing Ayten to change her mind will not be easy.

The son of a wealthy, respected family seeks the hand of Hazal; unexpectedly, soon after her marriage, her husband dies. According to custom, as the deceased family had paid dowry for Hazal, she must marry the next male sibling—which in this case, happens to be an 11-year old boy.

A Turkish watchmaker is employed to mend a village clock that has not worked for some seven years. However, what seems like a simple and un-exciting task is plunged into a web of mystery and intrigue when the watchmaker innocently witnesses the murder of a beautiful woman on his first day in the village.

Ahmet Celal, who was injured during the war, is in great pain and a young woman named Emine helps him and saves him and heals him. A stormy love breaks out in those scenes and the intrigued life of that love is worked out.

A civil servant in a small town, shunned by his family and his friends due to his lack of ambition, hits the jackpot in the national lottery. Not trusting anybody around him, he gradually starts to lose his mind.

A midwife is caught in a snowstorm on the way to Anatolia and forced to spend four months in an isolated village., where she’s soon tending sick children and delivering babies.

Kara Bayram is a poor farmer living in a Turkish village with his wife, 3 kids (4th on the way) and his old mother Irazca Ana. They live on their own until another villager, Haceli who is backed up by the Mukhtar (local administrator of the Village) starts to build a new house right in front of their's. Kara Bayram and Irazca Ana do not accept these uninvited neighboors from the first day and unwanted events start right away.

An idealist district governor, Selahattin Bey, adopts Yusuf, orphaned after his family was killed by thugs. Yusuf falls in love with Muazzez, the daughter of Selahattin. But when Hilmi Bey’s son Şakir also wants to marry Muazzez, a conflict escalates.

When an incorruptible government pay clerk, who isn't taken seriously by anyone including his family, get robbed while carrying huge amount of work money, he becomes popular because people believe he faked the robbery and kept the money.

Tunç, who is a director, is looking for a location in a small town for his new film. He observes everything around him for his screenplay. However, he constantly changes what he writes because he doesn't like it. He tries to turn some of the events he sees into stories. But he can't seem to get it right. One night, Tunç visits his neighbor Seniha, an old actress. Some of the things Seniha says inspire him. He returns home and sits down to work on the screenplay. Tunç, who becomes deeply engrossed in the screenplay he has written, will fall into a state of mental breakdown.

Nazmi is a young man who works as a doctor in Mardin. One day, he learns that there has been a mass poisoning in a nearby village, so he goes there to treat the people and investigate the matter. Upon investigating the incident, Nazmi discovers that the poisoning was caused by the river water. The waste from Zülfü Ağa, one of the city's wealthy residents, is being dumped into the river, which has caused the poisoning. Nazmi decides to report the incident. Although Zülfü Ağa and the mayor try to convince Nazmi not to file a complaint, Nazmi reports the situation to the prosecutor. After Nazmi's complaint leads to the closure of his factory, Zülfü Ağa decides to take revenge on Nazmi for ruining his business.

A man has been in prison for sixteen years after killing of his wife. Now he seeks to create a new life, where he only finds warmth and fellowship with Turkish immigrants. He will also try to come to terms with the daughter who hates him. Denmark's submission for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 1986.

Ramazan, together with his children, migrate to the big city, Istanbul in order to give them a better life. His daughter Fidan begins working as a clerk at a shop. But she could not adapt to the life of big city. She runs away with the son of the shop owner. Ramazan searches for his daughter, but the big city already has corrupted his daughter

Esme, the most beautiful woman in her village, is in love with Abbas, the valiant young man of the village, but she is married to the village lord Halim. When Abbas kills Halim, the people of the village lynch Esme and pressures Esme's son to kill her.

In this deeply symbolic and visually lush film, as far as Tashbash is concerned, he's just a malcontent, a fairly ordinary hell-raiser who has gotten into trouble with the law in the past. Sure, he hates the village headman who is a toady to the region's oppressive landlord, and he dislikes the fact that everyone looks to the headman for help because they have no place else to turn, but he's just an ordinary guy and has no solutions for his fellow villagers. However, after one of them has a vision in which Tashbash is shown to be a manifestation of one of their more important local saints, the villagers unite as one in seeking him out for help with the upcoming visit of the landlord to collect rents which they can't pay. Their adulation and reverence is so persistent that eventually even Tashbash becomes a believer.

The couple, who are married and have two children, are in the process of divorcing. Problems that have accumulated throughout their marriage have led them to decide to separate. During the divorce proceedings, they will reevaluate their relationship and marriage.

Meral is a divorced mother living with her six-year-old daughter Elif. One day, Elif disappears. Despite all efforts to search for her, she in not found. Meral’s former husband and lawyer Turgay take part in the search. During their investigation, Meral and Turgay become clo ser. A love relationship starts between these two loners.

Reminiscent of Martin Scorsese's 1985 production, After Hours, this film narrates the events of a night in the chaotic backstreets of Beyoğlu in Istanbul. The day he receives his wage, and after arguing with his wife, Haydar (Tarik Akan) leaves the house in a fury and heads to Beyoğlu for a wild night out. However, a prostitute and her pimp bring him such troubles, and he finds himself penniless and in police custody.

A Turkish version of Straw Dogs (1971), set in a small Cypriot village in the days before the 1974 Turkish invasion.

The detective takes action to save the businessman from death. Torn between his sense of duty and love, the detective is indecisive because he is also having an affair with the businessman's beautiful wife.

Commissioner Kemal, who is nearing retirement, investigates a suicide case. Cezmi Kara, whose face has become unrecognizable, has been found dead in her home. Kemal suspects that this is a murder and obsesses over the dead man's face.

Sarı Zeybek is a 1953 biopic film written and directed by Münir Hayri Egeli. The film specifically showed the last 300 days of Mustafa Kemal's life and portrayed his ordinary human characteristics rather than his military prowess or political talents.

Niyazi is a humble factory worker whose life is turned upside down when he wins the “altılı ganyan” (six-horse accumulator) lottery. Suddenly, everyone from neighbours to total strangers, claiming to be his long-lost relatives, crowds around him hoping for a share of his fortune.
