From a young age, Qaseh has accompanied Nek Embun in welcoming the birth of babies and wishes to become like her grandmother. Qaseh records every remedy of Nek Embun in her notebook. She brings Nek Embun's remedies with her until she continues her studies at university in Kuala Lumpur. Various heartwarming actions are performed by Qaseh using Nek Embun's remedies, so much so that she is called old-fashioned by her university friends. City people do not believe in Qaseh's remedies.
