5 girls and 5 guys find themselves mysteriously trapped in a room and are forced to play a psychological game of dare.

Kumada is arrested for the murder of the Chief. He denies the charge, but the bullet removed from the Chief's body matches the bullet from Kumada's gun, and the situation becomes increasingly unfavourable. Just then, Kumada receives a threatening phone call on his mobile phone, threatening to assassinate the Governor of Tokyo. Furthermore, a war breaks out between the Black Dragon and the Kinugawa clan...

Sakuma, who was supposed to be dead, is alive. This brings the terror case to a sudden development. Kumada continues his investigation and tries to find a solution with the help of Kajiyama of the Kinugawa gang. Meanwhile, at the task force, a surprising relationship between the perpetrators and the police comes to light during the identity investigation.

Kumada is mistaken for the culprit at the scene of an assassination attempt on the governor of Tokyo and is escorted away. Meanwhile, a bomb threat is announced at the police station and the station is blown up. Kumada finally returns to the investigation amid suspicions that there is a spy among his own people. He sets out to get to the bottom of the case.

It is difficult to stand out at a Ginza club where every hostess wants to be number one. It is competitive. One of them is a virgin and also just eighteen years old. She wants to become the number one hostess to help pay the bills for her family. She advertises herself as 'virginity for sale.' It is an auction and the prize goes to the highest bidder. She doesn't have hostess skills however. The club's manager was the number one hostess in all of Ginza and helps the younger woman.
