A tale of five adventurers back on the boards. Their passion: the most beautiful summits in the world and the freedom to ride them. This year, they decided to change the practice, minimizing their CO2 emissions and finding ways to stay as neutral as possible in a changing nature. Determined to return to basics, they traveled for two months the Swiss and French Alps through valleys near their homes. Here is their message.

The recent heavy workload faced by Teton County Search and Rescue crews last winter highlights the fact that some recreational users of the Bridger Teton National Forest are in critical need of more and better information regarding best practices and safe conduct on National Forest lands. In the winter of 2017, the magnitude of winter's force was on full display. Telephone pole-snapping storms pounded the Wyoming landscape. Regions to the west, recently left arid and forgotten, were gifted with unprecedented accumulation. Blizzards in Europe buried towns in an instant before disappearing just as fast, leaving the lucky few who were there to wonder if it even happened.
