'Oski' is an intimate portrait of a young prodigy and the culture that surrounds him. A film documenting a year in the life of skateboarding sensation Oskar ‘Oski’ Rozenberg as he transforms from cool street skater to celebrity sportsman competing in the Olympics. The demands of being a sportman with a shot at the gold medal in Tokyo weighs hard on Oski. It’s obvious that he is not your everyday athlete. Can his sport, and his culture survive the transition from underground to mainstream? And will he loose himself and everything dear to him in the process? 'Oski' explores the history of a subculture at a pivotal point in its history and how a humble and different thinking athlete, loved and adored by thousands of skateboarders all around the world, struggles to find his own path in life as an adult and sportsman.

It was starting to feel like this day would never come but here we are, and we’re beyond stoked to finally bring you Much Quiet, the Sirus F Gahan video, which succeeded in bringing together Vans’ eclectic cast of 20+ London and Paris based riders. Sirus was of course assisted in his filming duties by 5T‘s Elliot Bonnabel, Austin Bristow and countless others, Sam Ashley, Alex Pires and Rafal Wojnowski joined some of the missions to shoot stills for the mag, and you can read all about this collaborative project in our interview with Helena Long. Much Quiet features Danny Brady, Rory Milanes, Oscar Candon, Val Bauer, Helena Long, Sam Sitayeb, Dustin Dollin, William Moneris, Nico Gisonno, Sam Partaix, Quentin Boillon, Lilian Fev, Alix Malnati, Alexey Krasniy, Jeanne Duval, Daryl Dominguez, Tom Delion, Conor Charleson, Chris Oliver, Jake Church, Curtis Pearl, Marca Barbier and Joseph Biais.

Not a whole lot comes as a surprise these days, especially in the realm of skate videos. Everything has a year of Insta teasers and “trailers” as if it won’t be forgotten the day it gets bumped five spaces on a YouTube subscription feed. Bronze has been the northeast’s most influential thinktank for over half a decade now, and that comes right down to them not being dicks about “teasing” everyone with an upcoming video. Unlike less #relevant institutions, they didn’t need a decade to drop a two-minute clip of falls. Enron just came out with no hype, on a quiet Sunday night while everyone waited for the rain to start. It’s every bit as good as you expect it to be :) This one is perhaps a bit heavier on the “video art” side of things than even Solo Jazz, but at least there’s a totally *hot* Brendan Carroll part, not to mention some other new faces within the Bronze franchise.

The Palace Palasonic skate video dropped November 2017, becoming an instant classic. The film clocks in at 40-minutes long, features the exploits of the Palace skate team over a 7-year period, and was shot completely on VHS to give the film a retro, lofi aesthetic.

Just a year after Blueprint’s Waiting For The World, Dan Magee debuted First Broadcast. Filmed over 12 months and premiered in December 2001, this wasn’t another Blueprint video, but rather a celebration of British skateboarding with skaters from a few different teams including Unabomber, Organic and of course Blueprint. First Broadcast stars Vaughan Baker, Franklin Stephens, Colin Kennedy, John Rattray, Paul Shier, Nick Jensen, Ali Cairns, a young Danny Brady, Toby Shuall, Mark Baines, Scott Palmer and more. Filmed by Magee and Adam Mondon this is without question a British classic.

If you follow skateboarding at all, you may have noticed that the “gulliest skate gang in London” has collaborated with the hippest bolt company in New York to drop a line of ***VERY RARE*** gear and a 20+ minute, cocaine-fueled video that’s sure to make Hypebeasts run to max out their credit cards.
