2001 Movie Comedy Action Crime Adventure

Akira is a struggling actor in Hollywood who is desperate for money. He accepts a job to transport a gang's briefcase to Texas, expecting an easy payday. But things quickly go wrong when rival gangsters begin chasing him. Then there's Onimaru, the yakuza hired as his partner, who threatens Akira and wants the case for himself. Along the way, Akira also picks up Tamara, a woman traveling alone who is battling cancer. With gangsters on his tail, a dangerous briefcase in his possession, and trouble around every corner, Akira must fight his way across America and complete the delivery.

With Kyowakai’s new leadership in place, Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya) becomes its fourth chairman and Tamura (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) becomes Wakagashira. Former Keihin Rengokai leader Sunaga (Masataka Naruse) becomes shateigashira after the group is absorbed into Kyowakai. Soon after, Sunaga warns that Chinese delinquents are causing trouble in Yokohama, and former Keihin chairman Sakagami is kidnapped by a Chinese group. Himuro and Tamura rush to rescue Sakagami, now considered a brother, and defeat his captors. Meanwhile, a conflict between Chinese groups and an extremist nationalist resident over a condominium leads to the stabbing death of café employee Han. The café is also forced to vacate after its landlord changes. Determined to uphold their code of protecting the weak, Kyowakai uncovers the Chinese organization Makino Group behind these incidents.

Three criminals pull off a major heist at a Tokyo bank and one of them hides the money in aplace that only he knows while the rest go into hiding. A year later, the one who hid the money is now dead and the two remaining robbers are desperate for the loot with crooked cops who are also in hot pursuit of the sizable bounty fast on their trail. They enlist the services of freelance criminals to aid them in their search, except there is a traitor in their midst. With the clock ticking the race is on to find the money first, but at what cost.
