A family comedy about arranged marriage

Two men, with vastly different life stories and personalities, embark on a hearse heading to the South of France. During their journey they realize that, however unlikely, they're not so different in the end.

At the end of summer, Clémence tells her ex-husband that she’s had relationships with women. Her life is turned upside down when he files to strip her of their son’s custody. Then begins a struggle of several years for Clémence to defend her right to be a mother and a woman – free to make her own choices.

One summer afternoon, a little theater of desire and domination, tender and sometimes cruel, is established between the young waiters and clients in a Provence bar.

Salim arrives in France, happy like a hummingbird at the idea of joining again with Sofia, a young French woman of Moroccan descent whom he married there according to the country tradition.
