The sequel of Kejarlah Daku Kau Kutangkap (1986), tells Markum and Marni whose now have a teenage daughter while Ramadan and Ramona have a son. After years of marriage, Markum and Marni, still strive for harmony.

Pak Wahyu, who only worked as an electronic equipment repairman in a rented shop, was made dizzy by his wife and two children who are only busy with their own lives. There are rumors that Mrs. Wiwik is a fraud, Agung is a believer in black magic, and Ati is pregnant out of wedlock increasingly widespread in their flats. Pak Wahyu also tried to create a large family they were whole again and loved each other.

So Rini attempts to become a photographer, by following her boyfriend, a tour guide in Bali. There is another character, a journalist, who comes in and out of the film, and functions as a commentator and witness of their lives. The dialogue veers on philosophical messages as director, Slamet Rahardjo, tries to represent both the lower and upper classes, mixing his narrative style with realism.

Anna is a private tutor for Frans' two children who have just lost their mother. The mistress of the house died from being poisoned by Renita, her own younger sister. There she was seduced by Danny, Frans' brother-in-law who she initially rejected. However, love began to grow when Danny moved to Jakarta. Unfortunately, their letters were hijacked by Renita. Then there was also a declaration of love from Frans who eventually also died from Renita's poison.

Nurlela turned around to play with these men. Meanwhile, Mugeni (Rano Karno), Nurlela's sister, is asked by her superior, Murtado (Sunjoto Adibroto), to find a mate who looks like Nurlela. Aisyah's mother (Nani Wijaya) also appears who wants to match Nurlela with Jupri (Eddy Riwanto).

The unrequited letters motivate Gendis to come to Jakarta to find out where his mother has been. By following the Annual Student's Annual Camp, Gendis has hope in realizing his dream to be able to see and embrace the figure he missed. Meeting Gilang and some friends in the camp was the start of an elaborate search in Jakarta. Gendis thinks it will be fine, but on the contrary, every quest leaves a mystery to be solved by it. Is Gendis able to meet his mother and return safely?

Adapted from a popular novel with the same title, Karmila tells a story about a medical student who becomes pregnant after sexually assaulted at a party.

Then her friend, Nancy, introduces her to Lukman, a playboy who likes her. Lukman becomes a bad influence and she is carried away by the lifestyle of the rich and forgets how hard her parents work to pay for her studies. The father drives a motorized rickshaw after work while her mother becomes a street vendor. One night, Linda and her friends are driving a car recklessly and hit the motorized rickshaw that her father drives. Linda’s friends run away while she stays to help her father. Suddenly, the scene changes to the school’s graduation where words of wisdom are given and Linda graduates thanks to her parents’ hard work.

Legendary directors Wim Umboh and Sjumandjaja, decided to experiment by producing a script being written at the same time of the shooting. Mama is a complex story with two seemingly unrelated narrative threads. The first story revolves around Sanca and Anani. The second is about Ulli and Pandji, and in between the two stories is a third narrative, about Ulla, a religious prostitute and Ulli’s sister, and Suwaka.

Ummi Aminah, a 68 years old ustadzah (the term originally means teacher but in Indonesian urban contexts it often translates to Islamic preacher), has loyal congregation. She has seven children. From her first failed marriage, she has two children: Umar whose wife is Risma. Risma is a typical daughter-in-law, cynical and is not in a good relationship with Ummi’s family. Risma is always worried that Umar’s family will take advantage of their wealth. This often drives Umar over his edge so that he threateans to divorce Risma. Aisyah, the second daughter, is a housewife whose husband is Hasan, a middle level civil servant, with two little children.

This documentary was initially meant to give a chance to those who had not yet seen the musical “Untukmu Indonesiaku” by Guruh Sukarnoputra. The musical is shown here but not in its complete form. The director weaves the footage of the show with what happens behind the scenes, the rehearsals and also the process of creating the show. Guruh himself makes an appearance and tells how he learns the art of Bali. There is also footage of the beginnings of the Swara Maharddika group. The director reveals Guruh’s background and influences, including his father Bung Karno and Indonesia’s wondrous nature.

Bing works as a radio broadcaster in a private-owned radio station, “Undur-Undur”, with Benyamin S. His work is causing relationship problems with his wife so he finds relief with one of his fans, Anna Mathovani. Bing helps her debut as a singer and realises his mistake when her boyfriend shows up. Luckily his wife misses him and they reconcile. The appearance of singers and famous groups in the film seems to be intended as a selling point.

At the age of 22 years of marriage, Mutia was attacked by liver cancer. This difficulty did not change the attitude of her husband, Affan.

After graduating from high school, Lupus was not accepted at a public university and forbade his mother to sell inherited jewelery so that Lupus could enter a private school and cover his debts. Lupus asks for a down payment from the magazine where he often writes with the promise of writing about teenage girls who like to come home early. He then interviewed and approached Pia {Paramitha Rusady} who went to the disco every night because the house was crowded. His widowed father only scolded him but was rarely at home. Disco is a place of entertainment. She's not like other disco girls, who are also sex-free etc. Writing about Pia had invited misunderstandings, so Lupus preached. And it is said that his father then wanted to change his attitude. Pia's story is intertwined with: catching frogs, applying for jobs that turn out to be unsuccessful.

Four young people; Chinta, Cindy, Tasya and Celine intend to fill their holidays with friends come from New York named Lucas who are interested in the environment, especially the water springs. They are desperate to roam the wilds find a spring that allegedly are increasingly rare because of the development of civilization.

Boy returns to his homeland for a vacation from school in America. Already much has changed, including Vera who is busy with his career as a model photo. Boy feels set aside. To entertain his best friend, Abud, who together with Ina, Boy's sister, opened a boutique in Bali, invited the young man to vacation on the Island of the Gods. Boy is confused, but Vera and Cindy decide that they will continue their careers.

A story about Wendy, Jeffry, and Nia, teenagers in Jakarta, navigating the social circle in the capital city. A number of teenagers meet at the birthday party of Wendy, the daughter of a tycoon. Since the party, Wendy has been close to Jefry, who recently moved to Jakarta from Sukabumi with his sister, Nia. Nia also has a new partner, a young entrepreneur who likes young leaves. Jefry and Nia are not swept away by the association of the capital. The proof is, Jeffry refuses Wendy's invitation to have sex, despite losing the girl. Likewise Nia, he managed to refuse and thwart his new girlfriend's attempt to fuck him.

Compared to the film "Lupus" Catch me, I'll tell you" Lupus' entourage is more depicted. But just like the previous film, this film is still a combination of humor that stems from the mischief of Lupus et al. Lupus and his girlfriend's parents have "cute creatures on the bus" who it is not clear who the director is, participates in film production but fails, etc.

Mimi’s parents forbid her to have a relationship with Tibor as she is going to be married. When she enters university, Mimi meets a senior who happens to be Yos. At first, Mimi doesn’t know her parents’ plan for Yos to be her future husband. But then she notices her family’s kind attitude towards Yos. Then her sister tells her who Yos is. Mimi does not expect this and she declares her break up with Yos. She refuses arranged marriage eventhough Yos has declared that he sincerely loves her. She tries to get close to another student to forget Yos. Then one day Yos has an accident while rock climbing. From the accident, Mimi realises that Yos is everything to her.

Kabayan is influenced by a friend to go to the city. In the city, a girl, Saribanon, whose father has been helped by Kabayan when he is robbed, secretly falls in love with him. But he already has Iteung, his girlfriend in the village. The story of that relationship, combined with his adventure in the city, finally ends with Iteung and Kabayan’s marriage.

Because of his political activities, Sukarno was exiled to Ende in 1934. He went with his wife Inggit Garnasih, daughter Ratna Djuami alias Omi, and mother-in-law Amsi. The initial period in exile was difficult. The most painful thing is that no local people dare to speak to him and everywhere he is always followed by the police.

To make Mr. Galiman's intentions a success, Uncle Agus (Anwar Fuady) helps find a new mother for Kunti. He approaches Lupus' mother (Tatiek Wardiono) who is a widow, making Lupus' sister, Lulu (Firdha Razak) hate the man. When Lupus calls Kunti's house, it is discovered that Mr. Galiman is looking for a wife with the help of Uncle Agus. It turns out that what Uncle Agus offers to Mr. Galiman is not Lupus' mother, but Lulu. So, Lupus and Kunti try to make everyone aware so that Mr. Galiman's proposal to Lulu does not happen.

Lupus is a student journalist of the Merah-Putih High School. He is cool and playful and disturbs everyone including his friends, his mother, his sister, his principal and even those whom he has just met. Occasionally, there are good intentions hidden in his jokes. These traits are representative of the attitude of youths in the 80's. In this film, his relationship with Poppy, is the only narrative thread in a plot that otherwise goes nowhere.

She then meets Kadir (Kadir), an honest but unlucky young man, who has come to Jakarta with his younger brother, Doyok (Doyok Sudarmadji), to try their fortune. Failing, Doyok returns alone to his village. Kadir also goes home to the village, but with Fifi. But as a city person from a rich family, she is not used to the village life. Kadir keeps working for her, such as selling frogs, which is a mistake as the frogs he sells are not edible. The inedible frog becomes a big joke. Finally, Kadir and Fifi return to the city just when Fifi is going to be engaged to Tomo (Rudy Salam), her parents’ intended. But Fifi is already in love with Kadir. Kadir leaves because he does not want to be insulted, but Fifi goes after him and runs away from home.
