Hisako, born and raised in an impeccable family, currently lives a life of comfort as the wife of a university professor. However, recently she has been unable to accept her husband, Okochi, has been secretly meeting with Akemi, his former mistress, finding pleasure in being violated by her. Just as she was falling into self-loathing, thinking what an ugly and defiled woman she was, Okochi decided to leave Japan for three months. While Okochi was away, Akemi, filled with feelings akin to jealousy and hatred, treated Hisako as her slave. The first to visit the mansion was Kazuo, whom she had met at Okochi's farewell party. Hisako pleaded with Kazuo, asking him to pretend that he had slept with her. Kazuo, who had secretly harbored feelings for Mrs. Hisako, promised to rescue her from Akemi. However, on the day of their meeting, Hisako had already been captured...
