We wanted to find out. And so we did all that. Then we made Depth Perception. The film invites you to join Austen Sweetin, Travis Rice, Robin Van Gyn and Bryan Fox on an expedition. It'n to learn about nature. An expedition to ride some of the best backcountry on the planet. And, occasionally, an expedition to violently fall down a mountain to the peaceful hum of a violin. Mmm. Yeah. Depth Perception is somehow as earnest as it is tongue-in-cheek.

Seven of the world’s best female snowboarders join forces for the first time ever to explore their backyard, the backcountry of magnificent British Columbia. We are inspired through the intimate, heart-felt stories through the eyes of some of the most influential females in our sport. Full Moon is a two-year film project documenting the past, present, and future of women's snowboarding. For the first time, some of the best women riders in the sport will work together as a crew to push their limits and capture the camaraderie and adventure that comes with it. Through interviews and resurrected classic footage, Runway Films is producing a film that pays tribute to the history of women's snowboarding and showcases how it has influenced and encouraged the current state of the sport.

Guided by snowboarding legend Tadashi Fuse, the crew dives into hip-deep powder turns and Japanese philosophical reflections found in the highs and lows of the mountains. Alex Gray, Josh Mulcoy, and Pete Devries went on a journey through the remote Aleutian Arc of Alaska, the birthplace of storm systems that send swell back to the rest of us in civilization. They braved heavy weather, flew on rickety prop planes, and ate seal meat en route to discovering one of the best cold-water slabs in the world. The film follows the cold-water crew as they traverse the island on quad bikes, tracking pulses of swell to remote bays and never before surfed points. Set against the stunning volcanic backdrop of the Aleutian Islands, The Cradle of Storms is cold-water surf exploration at its finest.
