The fall of Yoshimoto Imanishi spreads Nobunaga Oriki’s (Hitoshi Ozawa) reputation across Japan. Kyowakai in the West and Marukami Rengo in the East are two major organizations vying to create a new order in Japanese yakuza society. Burdened by a promise to his father, the loss of his work, and his strained relationship with his half-brother Shigekazu (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) of the Aoi-kai, Shinichi heads to Kanto to fight back. Determined to live with pride, Shinichi’s resolve draws a group of unique, fearless men around him. Together, they ignite a fierce yakuza battle that marks the beginning of an epic underworld saga.

The Tohoku conflict erupts over a succession dispute within Aomori’s major Shinno organization, the Shobugawa-ikka. Kyowakai direct affiliate Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya) heads to Akita to quell the escalating violence, but an attack on Shin’yukai chairman Hirakawa (Hitomi Matsuda) plunges the situation into even deeper chaos. As Himuro tracks the movements of Norisaka, head of the Norisaka-gumi of the Shobugawa-ikka and the mastermind behind the unrest, the conflict shows no sign of slowing—pushing the Tohoku war toward a critical turning point.
