After years of putting out edits, Ryan Garshell dropped a GX1000 full-length this spring. The video picks up where its predecessors left off, with straightforward footage of skaters like Al Davis, Jake Johnson, Yonnie Cruz, and Brian Delatorre, along with clips from Mark Gonzales, among others.

Filmed over the course of three years and spanning shoots in more than 100 cities around the globe, Away Days is the first full-length skateboarding film from Adidas. Anchored by unique team chemistry and creativity inspired by life on the road, Away Days showcases the raw talent, style, and personalities of its global and international teams including legacy pros Mark Gonzales, Dennis Busenitz, Silas Baxter-Neal and Lucas Puig and rising stars Alec Majerus, Miles Silvas, Na-kel Smith and Tyshawn Jones.

Back in 2012-2013, Magenta travelled back and forth from France to Japan with the entire crew (at the time Soy, Leo, Vivien, Koichiro, Jimmy & Zach) to film for what was to become the SOLEIL LEVANT, a tribute to the Japanese skate scene which was largely overlooked at the time, but a big inspiration for them. There they met with rider Koichiro Uehara‘s crew of TIGHTBOOTH in Osaka, KUKUNOCHI in Yokohama, Takahiro Morita, the FESN & FATBROS crew in Nakano, Tokyo, and some of the many friends they made in Japan while visiting there for the past 6-7 years.

The Palace Palasonic skate video dropped November 2017, becoming an instant classic. The film clocks in at 40-minutes long, features the exploits of the Palace skate team over a 7-year period, and was shot completely on VHS to give the film a retro, lofi aesthetic.
